My policies are firm! If you don't agree with the strict policies mentioned below, please do not book an appointment with me, and consider booking with another artist. By booking an appointment with me, you agree to the terms of these policies.
By appointment only. Dash of Lash cannot accommodate walk-ins at this time. To schedule a reservation, click the "Book Now" button below. Appointments are scheduled online NO EXCEPTIONS.
Payments
Your balance is due in full at the time of your service. Methods of payment accepted are as follows :
Cash, Cash App, PayPal and Facebook Pay.
Deposits
Your deposit (if applicable) is a retainer reserving the artist's time. Your retainer fee will be applied toward your balance on the day of your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and non transferable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cancellations/No Shows
The time you scheduled is reserved for your exclusive use. When appointments are missed, or canceled without sufficient notice, it's often a challenge to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to my business.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with me, a 48 hour notice is required. Cancellations within a 48 hour notice, a rescheduled appointment, or missed appointment will result in a voided deposit and new deposit will be required to rebook -if applicable.
Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable and will be forfeited upon cancellations, rescheduling within 48 hours, and missing scheduled appointments.
If you are unable to commit to your scheduled appointment in advance, it is strongly recommended either cancelling or changing your appointment IMMEDIATELY online via your original emailed appointment confirmation. You may also call and leave a voice message with your name and appointment details and best callback number. Cancelling WITHIN 48 hours of your appointment WILL result in deposit forfeit NO EXCEPTIONS.
Covid -19 Cancellations
If cancelling due to COVID19, proof of positive testing will be required to be seen at a later date/time to avoid Cancellation/No Show void deposit.
Late
I do not extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. If you are arriving 10+ minutes late for your appointment, I may provide service for the remaining time scheduled - regardless of its completion and FULL-SERVICE FEE will still apply.
There is only a 5 minute grace period for services scheduled less than 20minutes such as eye mapping and consultations (which are free).
There is a 5-10 minute grace period for zoom video consultations.
Refunds
My services, deposits, and fees are rendered at the time of service and are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions UNLESS it's a COVID19 cancellation (with proof of positive testing).
Product Returns or Exchanges | Only sealed, unopened, unused products are eligible for refund within 10 days of purchase with original receipt. Opened products are non-refundable without exceptions.
Expectations
Please respect me as I respect each and every one of my clients. Please refrain from making insinuations, insults, rude behaviors, crude jokes, aggression, or acts of violence, or any other actions deemed inappropriate and unprofessional. This will result in termination of service and refusal of any and all future services. You will be charged in full for the service no matter the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Please provide me with the same respect and dignity I give you.
Before Your Appointment
Please inform me if you have ANY allergies or sensitivities to tape, products, or etc. Unknown allergies can result in irritation or reaction. Exposure to professional adhesives can result in a cumulative allergy or reaction and this is no fault to the client or service provider. I do have a protocol in place if you believe you may have a sensitivity or allergy to lash adhesive that may allow you to continue to receive services.
If you have poor lash retention within 3 days of your lash service, please contact me within 3 days of the initial visit to come in for a complementary 15-minute touch up. After 3 days, you will require a touch up with a fee. Please be sure to properly maintain your lashes by cleaning them with a lash cleanser REGULARLY - this will aid in proper retention and maintain the health of your natural lashes.
Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes. If you arrive with dirty lashes, you will be up charged and require a lash bath which will deduct time from your scheduled service. Lash extensions do not adhere properly to sweaty, oily, or dirty lashes. If you arrive with residue or oily/sweaty lashes and opt out of a lash bath this can/will result in poor retention, and you will not qualify for a complementary touch up.
